What's the Single Best Exercise? →
I thought it would be swimming due to the low impact of the sport, but that’s not taking the full picture into account: it’s lonely, hard to get access to a pool, and only available seasonably (quiet you indoor pool snobs). What’s your guess? (Hint: It’s not sex or Wii Tennis, sorry.)
