My name is Hallie and this is my blog about how to live a healthy life balance. Basically it boils down to the following: Eat food. Workout. Laugh as often as possible. And life will be good.

I have the great fortune of working for the weight-loss company, Medifast, specifically, their Health Coach division, Take Shape For Life.
