Health and Fitness Expo in Washington DC January 14-15

Check out the information on the Health and Fitness Expo and if you’re in the DC area hit it up! There will be tons of fitness demonstrations, vendors, Biggest Loser contestants, FREE STUFF…It’s put on by NBC4 at the Washington Convention Center and is reportedly the largest expo of it’s kind in the US. I’m going to check it out and you should too!!
